Volunteers of the UJW’S flagship project, Kosher Mobile Meals, were treated to a delicious lunch in appreciation of the time and effort they have expended on this project. We value the unstinting support given by members of the community in ensuring the success of this amazing project, which supplies daily meals to 157 elderly and frail recipients within the Jewish Community.
Each volunteer has an invaluable role to play in the mechanics and running of the project. Without their interaction and selflessness, KMM would not be able to reach out and make a difference to the many frail and elderly who so need, depend on and enjoy not only the nourishing food they receive but the very welcome companionship that is part of the whole. To every one of our special volunteers, we thank you again so much and we are so grateful for your contributions!
